Why do I need this coverage?

Your investment in celebrating your special event is no different than your investment in an automobile or recreational vehicle. What happens if your special event has to be cancelled or postponed due to severe weather, an unexpected closure of the venue,  sudden illness, or a call to duty? You can lose non-refundable deposits, etc. Event insurance can protect you against these costly losses.

What is included in Special Event Insurance?

A basic policy can reimburse you in case you lose your non-recoverable deposits and purchases if covered circumstances beyond your control cause you to cancel or postpone your event. You can also be protected against no-show or bankrupt vendors, damage to event attire, damaged gifts and much more. You can add liability coverage that can provide coverage for bodily injury, property damage, and personal injuries to third parties at the location of your event. You also have the option to include liquor liability coverage, which protects you from alcohol related suits brought as a result of an intoxicated guest who was served alcohol at an event you hosted. You may add your Venue(s) as Additional Insured at no additional cost.
